I haven't posted anything for awhile, so I thought I'd put up a pic of the latest member of the "family". This is one of my Concert models, in "Mexican Crackwood" (Ziricote) with bloodwood bindings (thanks to "The Zootman"), and an Italian spruce top.

Nice Russ, and I am definetly in the "more picture" camp. Would love to see the details on your pinless bridge. And that white Italin Spruce is so dressy - again VERY nice job. Larry Larry |

Thanks for the nice comments, fellas... I certainly appreciate it! Here are a couple of detail pics of this one: Here's the "Crackwood" (do we call it that for the splitting, or for the addictive qualities? ) The binding is bloodwood.
The finish is KTM-9, althought I will (hopefully soon) be moving away from this and toward the ILVA urethane Robbie discusses in his DVD (if you don't have Robbie's DVD, it's a good investment!). 
Here's a shot of the bridge and rosette: 
Just a bit of explanation on the bridge, it is basically a Klein pinless design with the ball ends of the strings encircling stainless steel pins, and then passing under 5-40 x 3/8" cap head screws before going over the saddle (this saddle is not yet compensated). The cap screws let you have a tiny adjustment over the break angle over the saddle, as well as acting as string guides. Hesh, the back bracing is a double x-pattern, as opposed to the normal horizontal bracing. |

Man that bloodwood binding is sharp! Very cool guitar  The rosette aint bad either!
